Ingredients

Rice Milanese
  • 3 cups rice
  • 7/½ cups chicken stock
  • 1 red pepper diced small
  • 1 tbsp
  • oregano
  • 1 tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tbsp,. basil
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 1 large onion diced small.

Preparation

Heat oil the add butter and sweet vegetables. After vegetables are done add spcies, rice and herbs. Add rice to stock the cover and cook until done. Make sure to stir occassionally. Season with salt and pepper but do not over salt it.
