Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. cold, cooked rice
- 4 slices bacon, crisp, cooked, drained & crumbled
- ⅓ c. green pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ c. grated cheese
- 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
Combine eggs, crumbled bacon, green pepper, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Using ⅓ cup rice mixture for each, shape into patties.
